Cordyceps Sinensis Extract

Cordyceps sinensis has been described as a medicine in old Chinese medical books and Tibetan medicine. It is a rare combination of a caterpillar and a fungus and found at altitudes above 4500m in Sikkim. Traditional healers and local people of North Sikkim recommend the mushroom for all diseases either as a single drug or combined with other herbs.

Cordyceps sinensis extract is an effective ingredient extracted from natural cordyceps sinensis by biological separation technology. The ingredients include mannose; cordycepin Galactose arabinose fucose. In traditional Chinese medicine theory, it has immune-enhancing properties and is good for  liver and kidneys.  

  Cordyceps militaris is a potential harbour of bio-metabolites for herbal drugs and evidences are available about its applications for revitalization of various systems of the body from ancient times. Amongst all the species, C. militaris is considered as the oldest source of some useful chemical constituents. Besides their popular applications for tonic medicine by the all stairs of the community, the constituents of C. militaris are now used extensively in modern systems of medicine.
